The listing belongs to RVII, the fund. Visibl Semiconductors remains a private company.
Robinhood Ventures Fund II (NYSE: RVII) has invested in Visibl Semiconductors, a Y Combinator Winter 2026 company building custom silicon for power electronics.
Our goal is to make custom silicon accessible to more hardware companies. We combine chip-design expertise with software and automation to reduce the cost and complexity of development, helping hardware teams build more differentiated products.
RVII’s New York Stock Exchange listing
Robinhood Ventures Fund II began trading on the New York Stock Exchange on August 13, 2026, under the symbol RVII. The listing gives public-market investors access to a fund holding investments in early-stage private companies. Visibl is one of those portfolio companies; the listed security is RVII, not Visibl shares.
Robinhood introduced RVII publicly on August 3, followed by its IPO pricing announcement on August 13. Its launch announcement includes the roadshow kickoff video embedded above, explaining the fund’s approach to early-stage investing and the Y Combinator ecosystem.
Backing the next generation of technology companies
Robinhood Ventures’ first fund, Robinhood Ventures Fund I (NYSE: RVI), has invested in companies including OpenAI, SpaceX, and Databricks. Its second fund, RVII, extends the platform’s reach to earlier-stage businesses, with a focus on companies connected to Y Combinator.
We’re honored to join RVII’s portfolio as a semiconductor company building the hardware behind tomorrow’s products. For Visibl, that means making purpose-built chips a practical option for more hardware teams, rather than a capability reserved for companies with the largest development budgets.
Custom silicon in the AI infrastructure story
In its first-quarter investment update, Robinhood Ventures names Visibl among the companies addressing the infrastructure behind AI, highlighting our work to make custom silicon available to smaller hardware companies.
RVII provides public-market investors with exposure to a portfolio of private companies, with a focus on the Y Combinator ecosystem. Visibl remains a private company; the publicly traded security is the fund.
We’re grateful to the Robinhood Ventures team for backing Visibl at this stage. Our work now is to turn that support into chips designed around real product requirements, with the engineering discipline needed to take them from architecture to working silicon.
