Visibl Semiconductors closes new funding round

Visibl Semiconductors has closed a new funding round to advance our work making custom silicon accessible to hardware companies. The funding amount remains undisclosed.

Participants include Y Combinator, Robinhood Ventures, Mana Ventures, Transpose Platform Management, Long Journey Ventures Scout, Placidus VC, and other investors.

The round also brings together a broad group of angel investors, including Y Combinator alumni, Thiel Fellows, and former semiconductor operators. We’re grateful for their backing and the experience they bring from building companies and developing hardware.

Visibl builds custom silicon for power electronics. We combine chip-design expertise with software and automation to reduce the cost and complexity of development, helping hardware teams build chips around their product requirements.
